Emplacement. Plage. Piscines. Buffet. Le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs restaurants. Grandes et belles chambres. Animations. Visites Kapa club. Restaurant français excellent.
Chambres un peu sombres. Robinetterie de la salle de bain vieillotte. Transats trop serrés sur la plage. Restaurant italien pas très bon. Guides des excursions organisées par l'hôtel pas à la hauteur. Ile de Saona le guide ne nous a donné aucune explication. Saint Domingue: le guide mélange le français, l'espagnol et l'anglais ce qui finit par être très fatigant et on ne l'écoute plus...

La chambre à notre arrivée n'était pas propre. L'hôtel nous a surclassé dans une suite. . Articles de toilette en quantité et renouvelés dés que besoin. Plage magnifique avec des poissons magnifiques juste devant. Les infrastructures sont très belles et propres. Literie très confortable. Diversité de la restauration (attention tenue correct pour certain = tenue de soirée avec talon pour les dames). Beaucoup d'activités et de spectacles de qualité. Les boutiques à gauche de la plage (Aldi, l'une des dernières, est honnête et possède de belles peintures.) Attention toutefois certains commerçants sont très malhonnêtes : ils vous font de beaux paquets mais quand vous arrivez chez vous il n'y a pas la totalité de vos achats...
Pas de verre offert et d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel à l'arrivée : restaurants, activités, club privilège...Trop peu de lumière dans les chambres pour pouvoir lire le soir (même dans le salon). Prise USB qui ne fonctionnaient pas et non réparables. Peu pratique car très peu de prise et nécessité d'un adaptateur. L'eau distribuée en bouteilles de 500ml : que de gaspillage et peu de respect de l'écologie. Espace plage réparti de façon inéquitable. Les transats en mauvais état sont entassés sur une plage. Si vous souhaitez une plage avec parasol et espace il faudra adhérer au système privilège. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié car nous pensions que le All inclusive n'ouvrait pas à d'autres possibilités payantes. Beaucoup d'évènements privés réduisent encore l'espace disponible. Musique permanent beaucoup trop forte. Bureau des excursions avec une personne ne comprenant pas l'anglais : résultat pas la bonne sortie. Nous déconseillons les sorties couteuses en groupes énormes, entassés et repas de basse qualité.
